How can we help?

Everything — your current game, stars, unlocked characters, records and best runs — is saved on your device, not on a server. Deleting and reinstalling the app, or resetting the device, clears that local data. If something looks wrong, send us a message below with your device model and iOS version and we'll help.

In both games ads are optional rewarded videos and you're always the one who asks for them. In Solitaire Squad a bonus card appears once per session — watch a video for extra stars, or just take a single star and skip it. In Country vs Continent you can watch one at the end of a run to get a life back and keep going. No banners, no ads between plays, and both games work fully offline otherwise.

Play games to earn stars, then spend them to unlock any character in the squad. Each one comes with its own deck, table and card back. You can also earn bonus stars from the optional rewarded ad card.

Probably not! Modifier cards intentionally bend the rules — swapping suit colors, stealing a card into the stock, adding a wildcard, and so on. They're designed to keep things surprising, and they never make a board truly unwinnable by cheating. If something looks genuinely broken, please report it.

Because no sovereign state exists there. Antarctica is on the map and does become a real answer once territories are in play, but in the standard game there's nothing living there to ask you about.

Fair enough — a handful of countries genuinely straddle a line, and Russia and Türkiye are the usual suspects. We pick one answer per country and stick to it so the game stays consistent. If you think we've got one plainly wrong, tell us below and we'll take a proper look.
